Financial Ombudsman Service - Q1 2020/21 data – complaints and trends
The Financial Ombudsman Service has published its new quarterly set of complaints data which covers the first three months of this financial year (1 April to 30 June 2020), and therefore offers compelling insight to how Covid–19 is impacting customers across the industry.
